Geronimo RV Resort is a family resort located within ¼ mile of the beaches and the emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast.  Our amenities include: concrete pads, pedestals with 360 degree lighting, 20/30/50 amp service, water, sewer, wireless internet, coin-operated laundry facilities, separate men’s and women’s restrooms with large tiled walk-in showers and dump station.  We are located near the best shopping, restaurants, and golf courses that Destin has to offer.  Below are our rates and rental policies. Rates are subject to change without notice. Special rate offers appear throughout the winter, so please contact us today to see if any offers are available.

 

• Rates are for 5 people per site.
  - Each additional person is $5 plus tax per night.
• These rates include water, sewer, electric, and wireless internet. 
• Sites can accommodate any RV and one other vehicle. 
  - Additional parking is available for a daily fee of $5 plus tax.
• Reservations for dates including June 30th – July 9th require a 3 night minimum stay and a 3 night minimum deposit and must be paid in full.
• Check out is 11 AM / Check in is 1 PM.

CANCELLATIONS AND VOUCHERS

• Every reservation requires a one-night non-refundable deposit unless during holidays that require a 3 night minimum stay (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day).
• Any amount paid over the minimum deposit may be refunded if reservation is cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival will receive a credit for the total amount minus the non-refundable deposit in the form of a camping voucher.  The voucher will expire one year from time of original reservation arrival date.  Vouchers are monetary based and not for number of nights.  Entire voucher must be used during one stay.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours of arrival will not be refunded.
• Vouchers may be issued in cases of mandatory hurricane evacuations and emergency cases that can be substantiated by written documentation.  There are no vouchers or refunds for early departures that are made on a voluntary basis.

The management at Geronimo RV Resort would like to welcome you to our family-friendly resort located just steps away from the emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast.  Please take time to read over the following information so that we all may ensure a pleasurable stay that will create long-lasting memories and keep you coming back year after year!

SANITATION AND WATER USAGE:

• Sewer rings or doughnuts are required by Florida State Law at every location. 
  - Please make sure connections are tight and secure by any means available
• Dumping gray water or waste on the ground is not permitted.  Please empty tank by means of service at each site or for a $10 fee you can use either one of the dump stations near the exit.
• Check water connections for any leaks.  Management retains the right to come on site and correct any leaks or improper hookups.
• Office will issue a permit for a fee of $10 plus tax for each vehicle requesting a washing.
  - Guest is to use non-potable hose located at front of park.
• All garbage is to be placed in bags and placed in dumpster near exit of park.
• All guests are responsible for keeping their site clean and free of garbage.

CONDUCT:

• QUIET TIME is between the hours of 10PM and 8AM.
• Parents are responsible for the behavior of any children under their care.
  - Children under the age of 16 must wear a helmet when riding bicycles, skateboards etc.
• BUILDING HAS 24 HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. Please Do Not deface or vandalize any property. 
• Please keep WiFi security code confidential.
• All alcoholic beverages are to stay at your site.
• All valuables should be stored or locked away.  We are not responsible for any personal property.
• Please discard any tobacco products along with trash in the dumpster near exit.
• Please conduct yourself in a respectful manner and respect the property of your neighbors.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC:

• Speed Limit is 5 MPH (we all love our children!)
• RV’s and accompanying vehicles are to be parked as close to the rear of the pad as possible as to not impede thru traffic.
• All visitors are to register with the office and park in a manner that will not block any roadway.
• All guests will be issued parking passes at time of check-in.

PETS:

• No pets are allowed in the building.
• Pets are to be tied up at each site and are NOT to be left outside unattended anywhere on park property.
• Pets must be on a short leash at all times.
• If your pet(s) make any deposits on property or in the large field adjacent to the park it must be placed in a bag and deposited in the dumpster.  It is a $20 fine for not picking up after your pet.

• Restrooms and Laundry facilities are open 24 hours a day and entrances are monitored by surveillance cameras.
• Park has sprinklers around each pad that run at night.  If you don’t want anything to get wet please store those items away or on concrete patio at each site.  
• There is no smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed in or around the building.

GENERAL INFORMATION (CONTINUED):

• Campers are entirely responsible for any injuries and/or accidents that they are involved in while staying at the park.  The resort and its employees are not responsible for any damages that occur during your stay.
• Rules and regulations may be changed at any time without notice.
• Vehicles, trailers and any other type of haulers that won’t fit on pad may be stored off site for a fee of $5 per day plus tax.

PROHIBITED ITEMS (all of the following are prohibited during your stay with us):

• No driving or parking motorized vehicles on the grass.
• No fireworks and/or other offensive noise making items.
• No public indecency or drunkenness.
• No tents anywhere on resort property or surrounding property.
• No hanging items on clotheslines unless done in an inconspicuous way.
• No adjustments to the sprinkler system or landscaping without permission from office.
• No tampering with pedestals or security cameras.
  - If one is caught it is a $100 fine and possible eviction from the premises without refund.
  No fires of any kind at any of the sites or anywhere on resort property or adjacent property.

The above mentioned resort rules and regulations can change at any time without notice.  You must agree to abide by all rules and conditions stated above.  Failure to abide by these rules and regulations may result in eviction without any refund as decided by management.  It is understood that Geronimo RV Resort and its employees are in no way liable or responsible for any loss, damage, and injury to any person, vehicle or other property.  This statement is made in accordance with Florida Statutes found in Title XXXIII, Chapter 513.
